It really is as we all know, I could lay there and pretend it’s my stress test, then it will be a lovely surprise when the real test comes through πŸ˜‚

Yes you could haha, I’m still waiting for my hole in heart to be closed, have told myself not to worry about the baggy heart, just Concentrate on the baggy bits on the outside πŸ˜‚ x

It’s very hard not to worry but what else can you do, it’s just waiting and it’s just awful.

Hopefully your baggy heart will get sorted soon, I’ve got a bit of a baggy outside πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I’m attempting to haul it in recently, I’ve lost 5 kilos !!! But need to get walking more, I need to get my pendulous baggy bits moving πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Wow! Well done, walking is great!, I tried exercising like I used to, but fell into a heap after about 2 minutes, not a good lookπŸ˜‰, take care and keep smiling x

Now come on my dear wellie flump, you know we are on Norfolk time πŸ˜ƒ whatever gave you the idea your stress test would come that quickly.😜

We shouldn't be quite so bogged down with the mud this weekend with luck so take care and enjoy the weekend best you can .

I feel a poem coming on .....

There was a gal name being wellie flump,

Who went to the city and started to slump,

Rummaged around to find GTN spray,

This is not nice it’s spoiling my day,

After a rest sitting on a posh bench,

It started to rain β˜”οΈ I’m going to drench,

Look on the bright side I said to myself,

Looked in Starbucks and saw on the shelf,

My favourite hot drink all comforting and yummy,

Oh how I’d feel with that in my tummy,

So I bought one !!!!!!!!!!! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Good for you wellie, hate the thought of a flump in a slump so glad you indulged.

Sounds like we really need to get that GTN SOS pouch designed and in use..... can't have you rummaging in the rain 😜
