Ticagrelgor brillianta 90 mg withdrawal symptoms

Post one year since my stents. Now cardiologist suggested me to discontinue ticagrelgor 90mg. Just wanted to know if anyone experienced any withdrawal symptoms? Also like to know your experience once stopped taking ticagrelgor ?

No withdrawal symptoms at all. The best part of coming off clopidogrel is that the bruising stopped 👍.

Yes MrsSuzuki now I can get back mountain biking without worrying about bleeding a lot

I had bruising spots here and there when taking this medication and so glad they slowly went away! Looked as if I had been abused by someone, embarrassing 👍 But I was told that you only take it for 1 year and then my GP stopped prescribing this!

I had no withdrawal symptoms Sodp as they are not antidepressants medication which do cause withdrawal symptoms 👍

Thanks Snowdrops_17 . I had minimum symptoms when I took and stopped since y'day.havent noticed anything different. As said should be ok. Feels good to have one less medicine..day/night

I came off clopidogrel (similar to ticagrelor) after 6 months due to bad side effects. I had no withdrawal symptoms but it did take several weeks for the side effects to subside.

Absolutely no problems. I just stopped it immediately. It's normal to stop it after a year.

Mine was stopped after a year, no issues what so ever.
