The prescribing doctor will adjust the dosage. All meds. have their own dosage regime.
Hello and welcome to the forum! As 10gingercats says you will not be able to get medication without it being prescribed by a professional. They will have the knowledge to work out the equivalent dose but this may be incorrect as we all respond differently. If someone posts they are on 10mg ACE Inhibitor and 20mg statin it means very little!
Hi, as has been said, the GP will advise. We are all different. From my personal experience I am on a very small dose of Nebivolol in comparison to the other BP meds I have tried. I find the Nebivolol quite powerful and it certainly keeps my bp down. I hope it works well for you and your GP can advise the right dose for you. Judi
