I am a 54yo Brit living in Spain

I have a pacemaker and at the check up last month was told I also have an irregular heart beat and blood lots.

The pacemaker was done in 2011, in the UK, due to heart block and replaced in 2019 here in Spain.

I am now on Sintrom which has restricted my vegetarian diet.

I am always tired, go to bed tired and get up tired.

Any advice is very welcome as I feel very down and as though my world has fallen apart as I thought I was quite well

Oh bless you Raquel, I really feel for you. Have you had your thyroid tested, because that's exactly how I felt before it was discovered mine was underactive? Tablets to rectify this have given me back my life.

Not sure, but I have had everything tested in my blood so I guess that has been tested. I have 2 sheets of A4 paper with all the results printed out so I shall have a look. Thank you
