I had 4 stents 7 months ago (70% blockage) found out during my regular check ups , no HA or much symptoms pior to stents. Quite fit and eating moderately. Post stent been doing my 3 days/pw resistance.cardio training and 7 days of 30-60 mins of brisk walk and jog. Quite active lifestyle no problem with exercise or run. No symptoms except slightly low HR (52) and BP(107/66) as I am on 2.5mg bisoprolol. Tidied my eating habits and following medications actively .. but today visit at cardio not such a good news not much improvement on EF stayed at 40% no change and no other improvement. Cardio added 2mg penidropil since my BP is low already she suggested only continue if I don't feel any low BP symptoms. Don't know what else can I do to improve my EF ? Should I be worried, also does penidropil along with bisoprolol to helps to improve EF ? Next echo is in 5 months hoping to do something that helps EF. If anyone have been in similar situation please suggest what helped you improve EF and heart function.

Thanks 🙏 Hidden . I have been doing both HiiT and cardio randomly with resistance training. Yes I do moderate plus level exercise and I am ok with that..some muscular pain apart from that doing ok..I brisk walk and jog for 6-7 km no issue. Eating healthy doing what I was told by cardio , rehab and now exercise physiologist..was expecting some improvement but not so. It hasn't gone down either.. Do you know how often and long each HiiT I should do. At the moment I am doing 20 mins cardio/HiiT , weights and close with yoga stretches... 3 days /pw

Bit worried about starting ace inhibitors (penidropil 2mg) as my BP is low already. I hope that helps with my EF as cardio suggested

ThankQ so much for your response...that's bit reassuring...
