feeling spaced out - coffee

I don’t really drink much coffee and always drink decaf at home. However, I’ve noticed that on occasion, if I indulge in coffee whilst out shopping or occasionally at work I seem to get a very woolly almost jet lag feeling. To clarify I don’t get any change to heart rate, just a weird feeling. I’m on entresto, amongst other drugs . Has anyone else experienced this feeling? I’ve no problems being on entresto. I did mention it to my consultant in November.

Yes, I have to be very careful with any caff coffee. A strange unsafe rather wobbly feeling, tho, unlike you, I do feel my heart speeding up,

If you believe caffeine is causing you problems, why not avoid it wherever possible and see if that eliminates the problem then act accordingly.

Yes. Entresto causes a drowsiness feeling. Brain fog and anxiety and fatigue.
