Hi, you don’t say what your blood pressure is whilst taking Losartan? I am on 50mg of Losartan ( and other drugs) 115/65 bp. I swapped from Ramipril due to an intolerance years ago. If your bp is good and your tests all come back fine, it’s better to take the higher amount and keep your blood pressure down ❤️.

You don’t say how active you are but I find that even regular walking and a good nights sleep helps bring it ( & heart rate) down. I was amazed the difference in my stats after two disturbed nights.

Thankyou for your reply.I go to gym classes ,swim and walk several times a week.My bp at the mo on 100mg is about 130/70.On 50 is was over 145 / 90.I also take a diuretic small dose, statins ,thyroid and lansoperazol. Hate taking g pills too.
