Hi all, the dreaded bradycardia being a low heart rate has come back again making me feel rubbish. I've recently been tachy over the last few weeks from 110- 195 for no apparent reason then early this morning my heart rate dropped to 31 at one point. I've had many test done over the last 3 years and awaiting results from my angiogram in October. Due to have a telephone appointment with the cardiologist in 2 weeks to download my loop recorder results as its been 3 months since it was fitted also talk of a pacemaker being an option. So has anyone had episodes come and go of being brady or tachy and their treatment.

Low heart rate again .
Thanks for the reply, like you said the loop recorder will hopefully give a better picture of everything that's going on. I just want closure on it all going from being a active all the time which I still am just not as much as I would like to be and after 3 years of being told I have mild lvh, leaking mitral valve plus bradycardia and tachycardia it drains you sometimes . My family are telling me to slow down from being busy everyday plus working all wk but I am compared to previously being out on my bike 3/4 times a week to now not exercising at all. Unfortunately its just a waiting game for appointments or results to come through but its nobody's fault just a back log of people playing catch up. Do I want a pacemaker probably not but if I can get back to being normal again then yes sign me up. I will update you all when I know more.Regards
Taz.
