confused

I have CMVA 2 years now- never needed GTN. I was on holiday in July , ordering lunch at a beach restaurant feeling fine, and suddenly just felt like I was about to leave this world….

At hospital got checked out and told all was ok and treated for fainting episode. When I read through my blood results next day my d dimer was 1600 ( normal less than 500)

My C Kinase and ESR were also raised.

can anyone give me an insight ?

CMVA do you mean coronary microvascular angina?

Have you been reviewed by a Cardiologist recently? You may need your medication changing.

If not I suggest you contact your GP, discuss your D dimer and other blood results and ask if they need repeating along with a request for your Microvascular angina to be reviewed.

Did they check your troponin blood levels too?

yeah I was in Majorca

Troponin etc was normal

Plus other obs

Asked my Gp to refer me to cardiology

Was diagnosed with CMVA June 2020, not been seen since (covid )

hi i got the same cmva when an attack comes on yes it feels like you are going to die pain is horrific, gtn spray and wait for pain to pass ❤❤❤
