Has anyone here in UK with a long term health condition been asked if they want to be referred to the social prescribing service? If so can you shed some light in what it rntailsx

I have, basically it’s to help with things that can have an impact on your health but aren’t actually services available under the health services so things like employment or housing advice, assistance with shopping, befriending services etc.

No connection but I remember a few days after getting home after stemi ha I had a call from help the aged. I am only in my fifties.. :) dont know how they found out
