I have, basically it’s to help with things that can have an impact on your health but aren’t actually services available under the health services so things like employment or housing advice, assistance with shopping, befriending services etc.

Oh Thankyou so basically it’s to keep people away from Doctors and Hospitals😏
No connection but I remember a few days after getting home after stemi ha I had a call from help the aged. I am only in my fifties.. dont know how they found out
