It could well be that the Entresto has the side effects that you are suffering, lets face it when you read the leaflet that comes with them { more like a bible re-write} you can begin to understand that it is a powerful drug.
You should inform your Dr what you are suffering as the gout needs attention, your pharmacist maybe able to shed some light on the side effects as well.
I was moved onto this drug a little while ago and I am pleased to say that other than a sort time of being light headed I got away lightly with the side effects.
Short answer is contact your DR and let him get you back on your feet again before the next stage of your treatment.

I have suffered from Gout whilst taking blood thinners Edoxaban and Apixaban , but was OK on warfarin …..I do believe there is a link with the new style blood thinners , and this forum is so useful in collating …drug reactions but it’s so important to yellow card adverse reactions .
All possible side effects from medication, especially where they are debilitating, should be discussed first with your GP. That's what they are there for. And if you think it serious enough don't accept a routine appointment if it is offered to you, you need have an 'urgent' appointment.
