Hi short answer Yes! I have just stopped both meds together yesterday as was told to for the purposes of taking part in a medical trial. The only thing I felt yesterday was exceptionally exhausted last night but I had worked a long day and I’m only 2 weeks post covid( which really knocked me for six!)If your cardiologist or GP has advised you to stop both its fine, if not you need to just check with them that it’s safe to do so, you will need your BP monitoring.
