My stories on here somewhere nearly 77 triple heart bypass in 1977 ie nearly 46 years ago.On loads of drugs.Just been out on quite a tough bike ride not a long distance but up quite a testing hill.

On return BP 137/ 76 considering effort put in the pre hypertension didn’t worry me, sat down and rested for 10 mins or so then 115/69 and 118/69 with heartbeat 70 and 71.REMARKABLE.

Again I repeat aiming for the longest surviving triple heart bypass patient in the

Guinness Book of Records nearly 46 years in August and counting.

All power to your elbow (and legs). I'm a lot slower than I was, particularly on the hills and I'm a lot happier somewhere out of the traffic, but still enjoy it at the new level. Every trip is unique.
