palpitations

Hi I am 6 wks after having a heart attack and had two stents fitted and i m very anxious by nature but I m having palpitations which are freaking me out. Anyone else the same

Hang on in there and ask for help if you think you need it. It's bound to hurt and it's bound to be scary sometimes, so take it easy and look after yourself. I had a mitral valve replaced amongst other things 8 months ago and thought I would never feel better and suddenly I do! I hated the pills but now they're becoming my new normal oh, I still don't like them though but I'm sure they help. It's early days for you but do for help if you need it. Thanks for your reply, it means a lot. I was doing not too bad and then palpitations now and again just increases the anxiety viscous circle
