Follow up appointments after HA?

Hi All,

I had a heart attack in Sept 2020, 2 Stents fitted. Follow up appointment Dec 20 3 months later (no rehab because of covid) Does anyone know if they issue any other follow up appointments on the NHS or is that it. Haven't heard anything but not sure if I should.
