Well it's my big day tmoz not looking for wood to it going into hospital for my battery changed on my s icd nerves are starting to kick in😔😔😔

Not something I'm looking forward to. I understand some newer models can be externally recharged. Wish I had one. Best wishes for tomorrow.

My battery life was just over 8 years last time it was checked, then a conversation with another cardiologist suggested the drugs I currently take won’t stop another cardiac arrest. I might be getting my battery changed sooner than I thought then.

I’m sure it’ll be cool as I was awake when they put mine in. I bet I’ll be awake when they change the battery too!

Had mine 5 yrs and they are putting me to sleep for it done
