60% to 80% stenosis in mid and distal LAD

Hi everyone,

Started the year off in and out of AE with high/low irregular heart beat and AF. Seen Cardiogist, had echocardiogram ( normal ) and CT coronary angiogram. Cardiologist happy that change of drugs will stop AF but now it has highlighted this blockage problem. I am not breathless, even after 3 mile brisk walk and I have no angina. I am now going to have a Stress Echocardiogram ( looking for ischaemia in the LAD territory before undertaking any further invasive cardiac investigations ).

Needless to say I am a bit worried ( I suffer with anxiety ). Anyone else had similar or can give a few words of advice, would much appreciate.

Ps Had a Silent heart attack 18 years ago significant blockage in the AV Circumflex that is now only showing 40 - 50 % blockage now ? After Thallium scan it was decided there was enough blood flowing through natural bypass, so no stent.
