Hi there, only a cardiologist will be able to tell you for sure. We are not doctors here.

Sinus rhythm is good, twave inversion may be less so.

All I can say is that I had t-wave inversion found after my heart attack, and was told it indicated issues (narrowing) of my LAD artery although a different artery being blocked was the cause of my heart attack.

So T wave inversion could be seen as a warning sign but I understand some people without problems show it too.

This is also the same info that you see if you look at medical research on the Internet.

I ended up with stents in my LAD as it proved to be narrowed after an angiogram inspection.

If you have had an ECG like this then you should be getting a diagnosis from whomever did it or they will be doing further tests.

Hi

Thank you. I have a bicuspid valve with mild stenosis and found that comment on my medical records as they never said so I assume its nothing to worry about. I will ask my Cardiologist on my next appointment.

Regards

Ali

I had inverted t waves on the Kardia and sent it to my cardiologist He arranged a treadmill test and ECG this showed blockages so he arranged to do an angiogram

It showed severe blockages and I was sent to hospital for stents

So please take it seriously you should ask your cardiologist for an angiogram

Hi Fairgo45,

I have had one and it's clear, maybe it's just my valve that's the cause. I will ask him though.

Thanks
