Hi,after reading numerous posts regarding if you can take them both together i don't think anyone really knows ppis first or isosorbide mononitrate first both meant to be taken on a empty stomach, have to get in touch with gp when I can.

When I was on Isosorbide Mononitrate I took Omeprazole at 7:00, Isosorbide Mononitrate at 7:30 and breakfasted at 8:00 without issue.
