Why are posts about myocarditis being deleted when it's a heart related issue?

What happens if that’s what you’ve been told is the cause though. This is why I don’t post because my heart issues are most likely because of C

Safe to say you can discuss your heart issues without mentioning the cause! I have rarely seen the cause mentioned until recently!

I’m sat in hospital having just been diagnosed with myocarditis two weeks post covid. It’s the sole reason I’ve joined this community 😔

Trying to find out about myocarditis & C. Have BAV/AS and PAF 'cured' by ablation Oct 2018 no arrhythmia since. Now had sudden onset of HR of over 120 for 3 days now, tested +ve for C yesterday. Can't find anything useful on here due to C word 😒
