Angina a problem in afternoons when the ME is at its worst. In the morning I can walk outdoors 200 yards before I get arm and chest pain which quickly subsides. By 2 pm I can walk outdoors only 20 yards, again subsides quickly.
My main hobbies are feeding the birds and phone photography.

Dear daguero
Welcome to the forum and I’m sure others will back me up in saying that this is a good place to get some of your questions answered.
A lot on here suffer with angina so there will be help for that, as for the ME there will be specialist pages for that if you use the search tool.
Angina is manageable to a certain degree with drugs and surgery, mine was treated with surgery {by pass} .
But before I was called for the surgery the Angina was very well managed with drugs.
Good luck with everything, you are not alone, as soon you will see.
I imagine that your cardiologist will have prescribed drugs to manage the angina. They sometimes need tweaking to get the right dosage or mix of drugs for you. It is also worthwhile talking about when to take them. You should have been given a gtn spray to alleviate an attack. Some doctors recommend a quick spray before exercise so worth a conversation. Nice phot by the way.
Many thanks Clerenweller. Due for first clinic appointment soon. I have the spray, but it gives me an horrendous headache and general malaise. Have to lie down for 2 to 3 hours. My activity is reduced by the ME anyway, so I use a ‘stop what Im doing and rest’ tecnique, and the attack goes in 5-10 minutes.
