We use AXA, they don’t require previous medical history and America and cruises are covered and there is a European option only which is cheaper.
There is a comparison site medicaltravelcompared.co.uk who scan a number of providers but check that the resultant policy meets your needs.

I recommend StaySure and AllClear. If you are currently under investigation insurance you may have difficulty getting reasonably priced insurance. Make sure it includes Covid cover.
After my stemi in April i was looking up some insurance for a trip recently. Staysure were very reasonable and good medical insurance.x
I use Stay Sure they have been good… I have annual insurance but not covered for USA, Hong Kong, Cruises, Carribean.. thes woul add a premium on.❤️
Hi after searching for ages I used money supermarket for pre existing conditions and I got a good policy from them char
I'd echo Michael's advice, in the current climate you want to make sure that your insurance includes really solid Covid cover. That's probably not going to be the cheapest policy you can find.
I knew that AXA had stopped renewing affiliated groups, police etc, but was not aware that they had stopped taking new clients.
I used Staysure this year for 2 single trip insurances. They were the first to offer Covid cover as well as covering my heart failure history.
