I had a stent in May and was really well until September when my Angina returned with attitude.
My Naproxen has been increased to 20 mg twice a day and 2.5mg Bisoprolal added. I'm experiencing daily pain and have had a couple of visits to A&E when the pain spread to my neck and jaw.
I have had 2. As long as you can tolerate being in the tunnel its nothing to worry about. You will be in the tunnel for half an hour whilst they do loads of scans. They then take you out, pump some drugs in your arm to raise your heart rate. Then back in the tunnel for another half hour. Nothing to worry about.

I had a MRI on my heart 3 weeks ago. Don't know if it was called what you are having. I found out last year I was born with a heart defect after having an echo and bubble echo.
Before having the MRI I had to fill in a form then had an ECG and a catheter put into on arm. Had to take all my top clothes off and put in a gown so it opened at the front. I had taken my slippers because I have had MRI's before and it's very cold in the room and my feet get cold.
It was in the mobile unit but it was open ended. After l lay on the sliding bed of the machine a cushion was put under my knees and lower legs . 2 pillows under my head ,a button was put into my hand and ear defenders put on . Electrodes were attached to my chest and a large plate put on my chest fastened to the bed handles. But my arms where free. In I went but came straight back out. My nose nearly touched the ceiling. So they took away the largest pillow and in I went. The ceiling was 6" about my nose. There was a grey painted stripe along the ceiling so I concentrated on that as I hate small spaces. The machine started and then a voice Said deep breath in and out and hold your breath. I counted the first time and it was 20 secs before they said breath normally. I lost count how many times I had to do this.
But having to follow instructions stopped me from panicking about being trapped. After 2/3rds was done pulled out the dye was injected and told I would need to hold my breath longer. After a minute back in . It was hard to hold my breath longer but I did because I didn't want to have it take any longer than necessary.
Then it was over. I asked how long I had been in was shocked to find it was just over hour and half didn't seem that long . I have a neurological condition which effects my limbs and lying still for that long I couldn't move my legs off the cushion or get up without help. But the nurses where wonderful.
Because I was able to hold my breath and stay still they got all the pictures they needed. It had metal steps but there was a lift if needed. As there was heavy rain the radiographer walked down the steps backwards incase I slipped I walk with a stick. He was soaked by the time we got to the bottom. The rain was that heavy.
I live in the north west and the medical care here is excellent. I have rambled on but I always like to know exactly what is going to happen during tests. As I didn't know thought you would prefer to know what I had to do. If the test is what you are having. I was just told it was a MRI on my heart.
