My name is Moni ranan, my age is 24. In 2018... 14 September i came back from a night shift from call center. I was lying on bed watching movie the suddenly pain started in my chest, it was unbearable so woke up my brother he drove me to the hospital i had a heart attack. So they put a stent in my coronary artery. Everyone was shocked because at that time i was 21 years old now i am 24 years old and going to be 25 but i had a heart attack again, on 14 october 2021, that is 3 days ago, again got back from the work the pain started and rushed to the hospital what happened in between was so horrible, carelessness of hospital because i can afford a private treatment so i nearly died... But thats a story for some other time. So again i had a heart attack they did angioplasty again put a stent, they told be it was blocked, they told me that i smoke and stoped my medicine , didn't took it carefully thats why it happened, i just got discharged yesterday.

That’s a hard time you have been having. Do take it steady! But the Hospital is right…the best thing you can do is take your pills regularly and above all…..stop smoking! Every packet increases your risk of further trouble. You might like to look at other risk factors too, like exercise, diet, weight and stress. I always think of Call Centres as stressful. Is that an issue, too?
Yes it is actually its a very tough job, but its hard to find a job, i dont like these jobs its just i dont have any more jobs. I have another question brother, some people says that you had your 2nd heart attack 3 years later now you will get a 3rd heart attack after 3 years and these kind of thingsss.. are these things true ? and i am young so can i recover faster and live a normal life again?

Hello and welcome to the forum!
First I would like point that you were treated in Pakistan to avoid anyone thinking you were treated that way by the NHS.
I have encountered people younger than yourself with heart issues and even dieing! However one person I know had stents at 30 and doing well over a decade later. What did he do? He gave up junk food (was eating it most days), stopped smoking and started walking more (he is a taxi driver).
Onto you. Do you kniw your BP, cholesterol levels, and BMI? All these need to be in range going forward and if this means taking medication take it! Also are you eating a healthy diet and exercising? The BHF recommend a Mediterranean diet. And as for smoking 🚭 STOP 🚭. A former neighbour had stents three times and was waiting for further treatment when he moved. He both smoked and ate a fried breakfast. By comparison a friend's mother had a heart attack over 40 years ago and is doing well in her nineties.
Good luck making the changes you need to make!
I really appreciate you reply brother..... I have another question brother, some people says that you had your 2nd heart attack 3 years later now you will get a 3rd heart attack after 3 years and these kind of thingsss.. are these things true ? and i am young so can i recover faster and live a normal life again?
Maybe you have some problem with your metabolism and high cholesterol levels.Because you are too young for HA.
You have to check very well all your organs associated with metabolism.
Liver, pancreas,blood everything.
