My BP fluctuates a lot from very low to medium high. Does this matter?

Blood pressure

Depends on what the actual numbers are & what you where/are doing at the time.
Many of us only start looking at BP after a heart event. BP varies massively all day. Always try and take it sitting calmly in the same place every time otherwise your readings will be all over the place .
If you take after relaxing 10 mins it (excellent arm cuff) then same arm again and repeat 4 times (relaxing) it will often go down. Just the thought of taking it can send it up ! I've noticed stress and tension particularly affect mine.
I really don't think any one should be giving advice here. None of us ate allowed to as we are not medical professionals. My thoughts are that you contact your gp or cardio nurse for advice.my gp doesn't agree with having BP monitors at hone! I do know though that sometimes patients ts are advised to record their blood pressure for health reasons.
BP goes up and down depending on what you are doing and your state of mind. If you have a PROPER cuff style monitor, take your BP 3 times a day after sitting quietly and relaxing. Record he results for a week. If you are still getting high readings talk to your GP. Don't rely on a watch or similar; some of them can be very unreliable.
