A trip to Canada

Hi I am seeking advice on travel insurance, June 2020 I had an unplanned trip to Papworth for an excision of left arterial myxoma which resulted in a Mitral valve replacement. I can’t get any travel insurance and desperately want to take a trip to Canada to meet my Grandson that was born whilst I was in hospital.
