Bedtime treat

I swapped back to taking my statin before retiring rather than in the morning, but I tend to forget, so my health adviser thought this was a good idea, nice eh what more could a man want?

Haha if I left any tablets on my pillow, my dogs would have them….might calm them down a bit.I use a pill box and have separated the pills out into morning and night with metformin on its own for the evening meal. That however often gets forgotten until I make the final cuppa and check the pillbox. It’s above the kettle so I shouldn’t miss it.

I use an app to remind me , makes a sound like someone shaking a pot of pills when they are due, the one i use is called Medisafe, only downside is you cannot schedule for different times at the weekend (i like to spend an extra hour in bed when not working)
