Good morning I’m going out tomorrow for a day out with the wife but I’m a little bit worried about the heat I had a stent put in in October of last year and take regular walks of an hour an half every other day but with the heat tomorrow I’m a bit wary of consequences I will be wearing a hat and plenty of water what should I look to avoid if anything

I was due a run today in preparation for the park runs restarting next Saturday (I will believe it when I am actually there), but I decided to go for a swim instead, I am not a fan of hot weather. The walk will still be there next Saturday, when it will likely be raining as TWU says. So if your a worried about it, just leave it? You do need LOTS of water, as he also says.
The heat totally drains my energy. If possible I'd go another day when it's cooler.
Have you got a woodland walk nearby? I like to walk in the woods when it's really hot. That or go early in the morning if you can. Sun's up around 4!
I'm with Rufus - walk early in the morning or in a shaded area like a woodland where you can escape the worst of the heat. Er, not sure I'd be out and about at 0400hrs, though
Go out and enjoy your walk.
