Side effects of Bisoprosol
As far as I know there are none?? I have been fine on it so far. I understand it lowers your heart rate and blood pressure. Maybe it depends on what other meds you take?? Since my HA 11 weeks ago all my pain management meds have been changed as there are now things I cannot take along with my heart meds!!!
There are a number of known side effects, the fact you don’t experience them doesn’t mean others won’t.
Gaz_chops,I completely agree and understand that we all react to medication in different ways. The manufacturers are legally required to print any known side effects that people may or may not encounter. My initial reply perhaps could have been clearer in saying that as far as I know there have been none for me, but I am aware there might be for others. I hope this clarifies things
Sorry, didn’t mean to sound ‘off’. It was because you said “afaik there are none??”!
Whilst the patient leaflet lists all known side effects, which may be experienced, the link I posted I believe is based on the actual reported cases, hence why it gives the frequency.
You can also check MHRA yellow card website to see all the actual reported side effects.
Gaz_chops,It's all good!!! We're all a friendly bunch on this forum and are here to help and support eachother. It was my clumsy use of language that was confusing and misleading I think.
As with all meds there are a number of known side effects, these are listed on the leaflet issued with them.

I can vouch for Tiredness & Fatigue unfortunately
I had tiredness and fatigue, with light headedness. This was after I was getting fitter and my blood pressure had lowered significantly. Although it is a blocker it also has an effect of lowering blood pressure too.
