Could well be. I am on 10mg Ramipril as well as bisoprolol, doxazosin and a 40mg water tablet. Have been on ramipril longest and have consistently felt tired and achy
I have not experienced tiredness with Ramipril 10mg. See what your pharmacist says, they usually know more then the doctors. Might be the does isn’t quite right and blood pressure could still be a bit high. Measure your pressure as a guide.
