I have been on the maximum dose of Entresto for about a year, with no obvious side-effects. I get tired mid afternoon, but did before, and blame (rightly or wrongly) the bisoprolol. There has been a great improvement in my condition however. I hope the same is true for you.

Hi, I’ve been on Entresto for 18 months with no tiredness or side effects. It’s been so much better than Ramipril and I’ve noticed real improvements in my symptoms. As you say everyone is different. If you are feeling a bit tired go with it, have a siesta if you can, I think the benefits of Entresto far out way the milder side effects.

Just on it under 2 weeks ! So not given it much time but I do take bisoprolol also probably the cocktail of heart and blood pressure meds! So glad to hear you are feeling much better on it! 👍🏻

Hi I've been on Entresto just over 4 years. I can say it's working well for me you need to give it time. You can just get tired from your condition but you will see an improvement in time.iam back driving hgv now.hope you fell better soon.

I have been on the minimum dose of Entresto since March. I felt tired in the beginning, then after a while I got better. Now I feel knackered again but I reckon it is the spironolactone that I started recently. Possibly needs some time to get the body used to it.

Oh don’t say that I have to get bloods checked next week then they want me to start on that one also! 🙈

Hi. I was on the middle dose but today was put on the lower dose. Since you’ve been on it, has your ejection fraction increased, and do you have more energy? Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I was on Entresto for 3 months and was continually light headed and tired. I was put back on ramipril and within a week I was back to walking 5 to 10km without any issues and no light-headedness

Yes I think I felt better on ramipril but will definitely give it a good go! 👍🏻

Hi. I wonder if the health providers are caught up in the moment and switching everyone to Entresto, which may or may not be as good at the current medication. I’ve been feeling good for yrs. and just given Entresto a week ago. I’ll watch closely see how it does. Cheers

Hi. Is the Ramipril still working for you? Thanks.

Hi, yes it is. 3.5 yrs down the line and I've been fine . I've got an appointment to see the cardiologist in 2 weeks so will speak to him. My own GP did speak to him about 9 months ago to ask if I should have another try on Entresto and he said no. I'm hoping to find out why he said no when I go. I'm absolutely fine on Ramipril, I was more curious to see if Entresto would still have the same effect on me, now my body had become accustomed to the other meds.
