When I wake up every morning now, I have a headache and it can last all day but when I talk, the headache seems to get worse and I can feel something strange in my nose when I talk but when I stop talking it goes back to normal but still have the on going headache.

You need to talk to your GP. Could be migraine, sleep related (sleep apnoea) or something else. Nobody can diagnose over the internet.

True but I will probably meet someone with the same symptoms.

I see you have posted on a number of forums and replied to one person you would see a GP. This is what you need to do! Similar symptoms can have multiple causes and you could go off at a total tangent.

Hey Michael, I have the doctor ringing me today. So I will let you know how it goes. I am just really concerned, as I haven't experienced this before and I am bit more worried as the back of my head is hurting too.
