Anyone experienced internal bleeding after taking Ticagrelor and aspirin at the same time?

I was taking these 2 drugs after a heart attack and a stent fitted in 2016 (Ticagrelor only for 1 year) without a problem.

After a 2nd stent was fitted in late 2020, I experienced internal bleeding even though I was prescribed lansoprazole to protect my stomach. I stopped taking the aspirin and the bleeding stopped. As both drugs act as blood thinners maybe I should stay off aspirin until my 12 months taking Ticagrelor come to an end?

Any other experiences of this?
