It’s my 3rd ReBirthday today.

As I died in the Gym I’m very disappointed they didn’t re-open a week earlier for me 🤣

TBH what most people say is "told you the gym isn't good for you".

As my cardiologist told me, If I hadn't trained for so many years, there is a high possibility that I would not of survived, survival rate of OOH SCA is ~10% (might be a bit higher now). Also Gym's are one of the places where survival rates are higher, they not only often have AED's but staff are trained in CPR.
