I have just been weighed and I have put on 2.2kg - hopefully all as muscle! 💪 Before that my BP was 115/60 and HR 56 so all looks good. How are you all doing?

Note: for any new members I am in rehab following a below knee amputation to my left leg due to PAD (peripheral arterial disease). I am trying to gain weight as i Iost 15kg but allow 3kg for my leg.

Yes it is the best set of observations in a while. The doctors here tweaked my BP medication slightly as I had been suffering hypotension before I arrived here.

I have to control my wit at times! One sister is not a fan! ☹️ Urine bottles are no joking matter!

Never mind I made the anesthetist laugh before I went under! 😁
