I ate a largish bowl of nuts last Monday night. Tuesday morning I had diarrhoea, I am beginning day 4 of diarrhoea, my heart rate has doubled to around 120bpm, have cold sweats, cramps, very lethargic, taking mostly fluids, electrolytes, the liquid pooh has turned very green. I fainted on toilet last night. Spoke to 111 this morning, triaged for a doctor to call this evening. Any suggestions will be welcome.

Persistent diarrhoea
It's green because of the diarrhoea, bile turns it green. Possible you have food poisoning or similar 🤷♀️
Maybe you ate too many nuts. Some nuts do help with bowel movement.
Also meant to say, you could have had a bad nut in there. But speak to your gp. As we get older, I sometimes think some foods we love our bodies seem to reject.
I once ate a bad pistachio nut. I knew it was bad by the taste. For the next 4 days I was like you.
Hopefully the Dr will be able to get you back to normal
It sounds like you have food poisoning
Hi J8ke. What did the doc say last night? Hate to say it, but my heart attack presented as diarrhoea and vomiting. I thought it was the pizza I'd eaten the night before, so didn't go to my GP for 3 weeks...
Hi Alison, Doctor just concerned that I drink lots of fluids to avoid kidney damage. Have begun a brat diet until things change. Having had covid myocarditis, my heart underwent countless tests last month and it is surprisingly robust. Fingers crossed it still is. I hope you have recovered well. Thank you
