Boarderline Impaired AV?

Hi all,

I’m quiet anxious and was hoping for a little bit of reassurance if that’s okay.

I’m 23 and had a small stroke a couple of years ago and in 2019 a Echo was done but it was never reported? I also had an ECG and Holter and both normal. I had a small ILD heart monitor put under the skin in Jan this year to check for any symptoms that may have caused my small stroke. Today I had an appt with the cardiologist and it seems I was accidentally booked in to his clinic and didn’t need this, although he noted the Echo was never reported in 2019 and he looked through it and wrote it showed Boarderline Normal AV? And said we will do another scan just to make sure everything’s fine as this was never written up/reported.

The word “boardline” has sent my panic sky high but the consultant was rushing through the imaging pictures while I was on the phone so didn’t really take time and said he wanted to do the scan just to be safe would this mean heart failure? Or am I just panic and jumping to extreme outcomes

Is this normal, does anyone had any encounters like this? I know I am probably over reacting by my anxiety has taken ahold. Any replies will be very appreciated :)
