Hi everyone,

With lockdown easing just wanted to share I’m starting up walking football in east London if anyone is interested? It’s fun, non-contact, open to all (men & women) even if not played before and a great opportunity to meet others with CVD and to stay active. If interested let me know!

(PS - This pic from a couple of years ago invited to play friendly against West Ham Utd’s ‘walking’ football team, everyone here aged between 50-70 except one!☺️)
