Great news Measham Fox I have recently discovered walking football here in Warwickshire it’s great to have the health and confidence to be back playing the beautiful game.

Keep up the good work

Great news and a real boost for you. Remembering the lack of coordination during rehab warmup I think it could benefit many. Might check it out next year.

Couldn't wait to play again, a lot of patience was called for while I was on the sidelines but it's great to think the operation is done and I'm getting back to normality. Keep pushing Ticktock ❤

Thanks Chrissy, my surgeon told me before the operation that if I was positive I would heal quicker. I kept that advice in my head. That is the key ❤

I'm into my 5th week post AVR op now and you're so right. You have to be positive and no looking back. I'm up to walking 30/40 mins 3 times a day. My target is getting back on my bike 💙
