GP appointment

I have health concerns. The GP surgery is shut, phoning is a day long affair with "phone again in the morning" help please.

Phone NHS 111 maybe if you are concerned ?

I have the same issue gp never answers Srinter, I use 111 they usually arrange somewhere near or make an appt for me with my surgery, they just don't seem to answer calls do they.

So right, thank you. 111 did the best, phone call to bounce me onto test and bloods. GP phone calls Monday to 12.30 today, GP shut for training, phone in the morning. 111, thank you.

Happy days, the 111 service yesterday. Friday 09.08 my GP phoned to book me for an ECG Monday morning, thats two days time, GOSH. Thank you

Do they not have online option? - mine does and I find it very effective- they always get back to me within 2 working days.

Dear Clarkgrove. my last GP had an online booking option, three years my surgery is five minutes away. To book anything, was a receptionist, or walk in. Pandemic then GP shut. If only an online booking here would have stopped day long sitting on the phone. All sorted now.
