Hi I’m wondering if anyone on here has had high enzymes in the blood and angiogram was fine ?

It would be worth asking whether you could have variant angina. There is information about it on the BHF website.

Yes,If you have a coronary vasospasm due to vasospastic or microvascular angina.

The BHF has this information about vasospastic angina/ coronary artery spasms.

' angiogram is fine' just means there are no permanent blockages what it hasn't shown is whether the small and large blood vessels are working properly.

Non obstructive coronary artery disease NOCAD caused by microvascular dysfunction and vasospastic angina.

You can have raised troponin for other reasons, infection, kidney problems, following extreme exercise and blood clots.
