Ecg results

Had the results back from my 24 hour ecg and it showed no abnormal arithma just sinus tracardi, told to take propanol when I need it, why can’t I stop my brain still thinking that my heart is knackered

Thats good it’s sinus, no blockages, no other issues. Hopefully the meds will build up in your system and help control it.

Take the propanol if it helps with the anxiety. I take Bisoprolol for the same reason and about 95% of the anxiety goes away.

Hi Peppa08. I don't take propranolol but my husband did after his heart surgery. It was then changed to bisoprolol after 6 months. Our GP thought that anxiety wasn't an issue (and it wasn't). Apparently propranolol is really good at helping people feel a little calmer.
