Missed dose bisporol

Has anyone missed their dose of bisporol i cannot remember if I took it or not I usually write it down but today didn't

I ended up getting a pill dispenser and setting an alarm on my watch each day to remind me.

hi, you could count the number of pills left. I take medication I take them out of the boxes at the same time, then take them. It is a pain

Best thing to avoid this happening again is a pill box, the photo shows my 'el cheapo' (less than a fiver off eBay and that includes the box and the additional purchase of a simple label maker) - all I have to do is check the day to see if I remembered to take my meds that morning.

Yeah I'd defo get a pill box I'd never remember what I've took if not!!

After I missed a dose a couple of times, I bought a pill box, and set alarms on my phone. Seems to work, touch wood.

I understand it has a longer half life than older beta blockers so you should be ok to just miss one dose.

hii can only say that i’ve used a pill dispenser since being placed onto a range of heart meds and it works as a clear reminder of which meds i’ve taken or missed each day, i only fill it at the same time once a week directly after taking my last dose for that week. i find it easier to do this once per week rather than having to go through each box every time and then trying to remember which tablet is to be taken either am or pm and have i actually taken that one today? maybe give a weekly 7day dispenser a try they’re cheap to get hold of. good luck anyway

I too have a pill box and I take my tablets as soon as I get up.even before my cup of tea

Glad you asked as i have missed a couple of times, i tried pill boxes but couldnt be bothered standing there pushing out all them tablets, now i have a sheet of paper inside tablet cupboard am - pm and try to stick to a routine, my routine is after shower in morning and on way up to bed at night.

Saying that I just admitted to missing a couple of times so dont listen to me lol
