Hi all I have been reading about CoQ10 supplements and wondered is anyone taking them? With being a type 1 diabetic, CAD and on statins and also having low energy levels I was thinking it would be a good idea, has anyone ever had any official professional opinions about supplements. I’m thinking for me it seems like a good idea. Thoughts? 😊

My thought would be to check with your doctor to see what he/she says. Please update after you talk to her/him, I'm curious about this supplement myself.
