Going for Endoscopy

Hi all, just an update for those who might be interested, my appointment with my gp today resulted in her booking me for an endoscopy as she said my chest pain and tightness sounded like gut related even though my stool sample test came back negative and lansoprozole did not help, apparantly this was because my chest pain comes on when im at redoes come back negative should i be more forceful in asking for more from cast. just looking for advice from others who have had similar problems with chest pain and tightness not showing up any reason on an echo or trace did anyone find results from an endoscopy? I also asked her what would be my next step if the endoscopy came back negative, she said it would be to consult a general medic, if this rdiologist? Thanks for any advice.
