It's probably different for different people, for me I can feel my heart racing and it almost feels like it is hitting the front of my chest. I assume you have spoken to a doctor about this.

Mine can feel like missed or skipped beats followed by a much harder beat. Sometimes like a fluttering too

Mine feels like it's quivering and then stopping and starting again, sometimes too fast sometimes too slow, jumping about all over the place.

Mine go to 196bpm and feels my heart is racing. Sometimes they can take your breath. I also get ectopic which feel like a missed beat every so often. I'm currently on bisoprolol and when heart races.. Svt... I have to give them 15 mins and if they don't stop by themselves I have to go to hospital for adenosine
