I am on 1.25 mg Bisoprolol and am suffering from lightheadedness as the highest my blood pressure gets to is 115/58. Does anyone know if there is an alternative to Bisoprolol which may not cause the lightheadedness ?Thank you

Have you spoken to who put you on this medication & explained things to them?
Are you on any blood pressure tablets other than bisoprolol? My dr halves my blood pressure tablet to stop this from happening. Although 115/58 is not the lowest I have seen.
