What’s people’s thoughts on whether I should be lifting things- eg. My electric scooter comes apart - I need to lift in boot

Yeah I will - and have before asked about limitations however

Always Very vague answers -

My HF nurse said to only do what I feel like doing. Lifting a mobility scooter is something that I would not feel happy doing. Having said that I can do more now, than in April when I was first diagnosed. Stay safe and get answers from your HF team, they know you best. good luck. x
