After each meal, I feel bloated ( ate little) keep burping, passing gas and felt alot of discomfort. Been able to do 30min walk. However on some days I still feel lousy and lethargic.
My sleep has always been intermittent at night. Surely awake in the middle of the night for 1-2hrs before I can go back to sleep.
Felt sore on my chest, but i suppose it's the after effect of CABG. Yesterday i had my xray and ecg, my heart surgeon says all is good. I'm going to do my blood test tml and see my cardiologist next wk.
Any advise is appreciated

You stomach issues of course be totally unrelated to the surgery, on the other hand the morphine that you were given takes a little while to work out of your system and usually causes some stomach/digestion upsets along the way.
Your walking/breathing exercises are critically important to your recovery, don't allow fatigue to get in your way, you've got to punch through those feelings of lassitude and stick to the exercise programme. Your lungs take a terrible beating during CABG surgery, with lots of pockets of micro collapse. Reflating your lungs (and your general sense of wellbeing and recovery is largely based on how well you reflate your lungs) depends on your daily walk and your breathing exercises. It's not always easy, but dig deep and get it done, you'll really feel the benefit if you do!
