The lesser of many evils

Before my heart disease was diagnosed, I have been treated for severe depression for almost 10 years now.

Then, I lost various jobs for various reasons, and I'm still unemployed (6 months now).

Now my heart disease.

I'm at my wits end. With one condition affecting the others. What can I do?

Treatment here is not safe (even the doctors say that). I can't afford to go anywhere else for treatment because of finances. Should I just sit here and wait to die?

I can't exercise as recommended because of severe spinal problems. I'm losing all hope.

Yes, I have family, but it's the 'unseen'. It's difficult for them to accept.

Because they can't physically see anything wrong, they find it hard to accept that it's a real illness.
